Gajamatol  Churma Ladoo




Wheat flour, jaggery, ghee, poppy seeds, dry fruits, charoli, cardamom, and nutmeg. The shelf life of this sweet delicacy is around 20-25 days from the date of manufacturing. The preparation of Churma Ladoo is quite interesting. Firstly, whole wheat is moulded into small balls and fried in pure ghee. These fried balls are then pounded to make a fine powder. The fine powder is then allowed to cool down and mixed with jaggery to create ladoos. Due to the frying process, they have a unique crunchy taste. The whole wheat used provides fibre and enough nutrition, and ghee provides an ample amount of energy.
