Churma Ladoo have a very interesting preparation procedure. Whole Wheat is first made into small balls and fried in pure ghee. The fried balls are then ponded to make fine powder.
The fine powder is let to cool and then with jaggery are made into ladoos. Because they are fried, they get a unique crunchy taste.
The whole wheat provides fibre and enough nutrition and ghee provides ample amount of energy.
