Half Boiled Rice (Ukdiche Tandool), Jaggery, Ghee, Coconut, Sesame Seeds (till), Cardamon, Nutmeg.

Shelf Life - 20-25 days from the date of manufacturing.

 

Ukde Tandool or Half boiled rice or Parboiled or converted rice is rice that has been partially boiled in the husk. This type of rice becomes 80% more nutritional than normal white rice.

 

Parboiled / Ukdiche Tandool rice is a better source of fiber, calcium, potassium and vitamin B-6 than regular white rice.

 

A delicacy of Konkan in Maharahastra, Ukde Ladoo are favorite in Konkan. GAJAMATOL UKDE TANDOOL LADOO are made in jaggery and delicious in taste.
