Gajamatol Shingada (Water Chestnuts) Ladoo

Water chestnut (shingada), popped rice (lahya), jaggery, ghee, coconut, cashew, almonds, pista, charoli, cardamom, and nutmeg. The shelf life of this product is 20-25 days from the date of manufacturing. Water chestnut is an aquatic vegetable that grows in marshes, under water, in the mud. It is rich in protein, vitamins B and C, iron, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, riboflavin, magnesium, and minerals. Water chestnut contains a significant amount of dietary fibre and is also rich in carbohydrates and calories. During pregnancy, it can be helpful in the growth and development of the fetus.
